Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, meet your driver-guide and begin your journey from Nairobi to the Masai Mara National Reserve, a drive of approximately 5–6 hours through the beautiful Great Rift Valley. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes along the way and arrive in time for lunch at your lodge.

In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in the Masai Mara. The reserve is famous for its large populations of lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and antelopes, with endless golden savannahs stretching as far as the eye can see. Return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 2: Full-Day Safari in Masai Mara

After an early breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara. Carry a packed picnic lunch to maximize your time in the park. The day is dedicated to exploring the diverse landscapes and following wildlife, with excellent chances of spotting the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino.

If visiting between July and October, you may also witness the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the world’s most spectacular wildlife events. As evening falls, return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive & Return to Nairobi

Wake up early for a final morning game drive, soaking in the sunrise over the savannah and watching wildlife as they are most active in the early hours. After breakfast at the lodge, check out and depart for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to end your safari.
