Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Arrive at Kigali International Airport and transfer from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park approx. 2–3 hours. Check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, take a guided forest walk or birdwatching excursion, exploring the lush rainforest and spotting local bird species. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

After an early breakfast, embark on a gorilla trekking experience. Expert rangers guide you through dense forest to locate a habituated gorilla family, allowing up to one hour of observation.
