Detailed Itinerary
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, meet your guide and begin your journey with a transfer from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park approx. 2–3 hours. Check in at your lodge and relax. If time allows, you can explore Kigali briefly before departure. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. You will then hike into the rainforest with expert rangers to track one of the habituated gorilla families. Once found, spend up to one hour observing them in their natural environment. Return to the lodge for lunch, relaxation, and optional evening nature walk. Dinner and overnight at Isange Lodge.

This day begins with golden monkey trekking, a shorter and lighter hike compared to gorillas but equally rewarding. You’ll trek through bamboo forests to watch these playful primates. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
