Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins with a morning transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2–3 hours). Tarangire is known for its huge elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife that gathers around the Tarangire River. Enjoy an afternoon game drive spotting elephant, giraffes, lions, and over 500 species of birds. In the evening, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer from Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will be transferred from Tarangire to Serengeti National Park (approx. 6 hours). The drive takes you through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands, with a stop at the crater rim for stunning views. On entering Serengeti, enjoy your first game drive in the world’s most famous park. Expect to see lions, cheetahs, elephants, wildebeest, zebras, and possibly leopards. Dinner and overnight will be at a lodge located in the heart of the Serengeti.

Day 3: Transfer from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive in Serengeti, when predators are most active. After breakfast, continue your exploration as you are transferred from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater (approx. 4–5 hours). Descend 600 meters into the crater for a thrilling game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the best places to spot the Big Five, especially black rhinos. After your safari, head to your lodge on the crater rim for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer from Ngorongoro to Arusha
